Notary Services

Commissioner Dan Siegel is a notary and offers free notary services to residents of the 4th Ward at his office at 66 West Eagle Road in Havertown. Please call (610) 446-3457 to arrange an appointment.

In addition, residents of the 166th Legislative District can have most documents at the office of State Representative Greg Vitali at 1001 East Darby Road in Havertown. Notary work is done at Rep. Vitali's most weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Call (610) 789-3900.

The person whose signature is to be notarized must sign the document in person, in the presence of the notary, and must provide proof of identity, such as a valid driver's license, photo ID card or passport. Please advise is witnesses are necessary. There is also a five document/signature limit; additional documents will be charged the prevailing notary fee.
